Volo VP12 Performance chip

Does anyone have the Volo VP12 performance chip installed? I'm not sure this chip is reliable due to it being only $90, and not many reviews to go by. So i would appreciate any feedback on this performance chip.

dude so worth it - combine it with a tornado air intake and you'll add 100hp all while getting 50mpg

It's a pity Honda didn't think of this while they were spending millions in the design of their vehicles. They'd be all the rage.
