Basic specs at this point are twin turbo, size is not yet determined. Engine management is also yet to be determined, and there will most likely be an air to water intercooler.

seriously, anyone with a fab shop and a knowledge or turbos with a TL to use should have zero problems fabbing this, and honestly, i cant see where the 7k price tag is coming from, unless the thing includes a standalone engine management, an also, how can you know its going to be a TT setup and have no idea what size turbos you will be using?? i would thing that should be one of the first concerns here. MAP THE COMPRESSOR and make sure it would make effecient power on a TL. this all sounds like a pip dream from someone who doesnt have enough knowledge to build a production kit.

I mean I don't know what impression you're getting, but it seems to me he's got a company working on developing something and that it's not just an individual member thinking, "Man, it'd be nice to have a turbo 3G..." kind of a thing

well I don't mind giving them my car if that's what it takes to convert my car to a turbo... I know I'm being a little over-anxious and way too suggestive and entusiastic, but I'd love to give up my car for however long is necessary for R&D if it means I eventually got a turbo out of it and it led to the creation of a 2G bolt-on (plus, my dealership just hooked me up with a brand new ecu, so I'd say it's essentially the next best thing to an ecu flash the faster I get my car to a manufacturer, the better)

Mishar, the GT2860 is an option we are looking at.

^I say there is nothing wrong with whoring you car for a good cause and common good, just don't go any further, you know what I mean... haha
If it was up to me I'd turbo everything and anything if I could, everything is just too damn slow or maybe it's just me moving too fast, haha!
K24em2 I hope you are serious, don't let us down brother and good luck!

look man, im not trying to say you cant do it, im just saying it doesnt sound like you have all your bases covered. you kinda have a general idea, yes, but you are still way up in the air on how everything is going to work out
oh, an ACURATEin.... didnt GReddy release a TT kit for the 350z when it first came out? its been a while, im not sure... (oh, and also, my boy sees ur car at school a lot, he drives the teal DC2 with the Mugen wing and gold wheels)

That is correct, we do not need to design a fancy turbo manifold for these cars.
Here is the current BOM.
(2) GT25
(2) Manifold Adaptors
Charge Piping
Intake Piping
Air Filter/Intake Air Box
T Bolt Clamps
Silicone Couplers
Laminova Air to Water Intercooler (Or Similar)
Intercooler Water Tank
Intecooler Water Pump
Intercooler Front Heat Exchanger
Oil Pan With Preinstalled Drain Fittings
Oil Cooler (MT Only, AT Optional)
AT Cooler (AT Only)
AN Fittings and Hose for Coolers, Intercooler, and Oil
(2) 12" Slim Fans For Radiator And Necessary Wiring
Brackets and Mounts
Assorted Bolts
Blow Off Valve (TiAl, Others available upon request)
304 Stainless Downpipes and Y Pipe with V-Band Connections
Complete 304 Stainless Cat-Back Exhaust System With Quad Tips (Optional)
Fuel Injectors
Fuel Pump
Battery Relocation Hardware
Boost Gauge
All Necessary Gaskets
Instruction Manual and Installation DVD
At this point the early 2008 release date is unchanged.

yo, check this out https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=157013... any relation to what you're doing k24em2?

I am still exploring various options for ECU.
Yea I saw that TT Element earlier. I don't think I'll be doing a RWD TL anytime soon, as completely badass as it would be. If someone wants to front the money for it by all means we can do it.

What kind of numbers do you guys think this setup is gonna be able to make on stock internals???
#108
Sort of. The cylinder heads are different I know for a fact, not sure about the bottom end though.
Joe- The kit with the original turbos will support around 600hp. Whether the engine will take that, I'm not sure.

Your first post was 3-16. Now not more than a month later, you've made progress on gaining control over the ecu that no one else could tame! What do you do for a living, bro?!? Anyways, Im stoked somebody is finally getting somewhere with this. PS- you can prototype on my car if you want!
