Lightbulb TL OEM Option Steering Wheels 04-06

Here is some pics of the option steering wheels for the TL models...

#1 - Standard A-spec steering wheel (Part# 08U97-SEP-210) $315

#2 - Wood/Leather Steering Wheel (Part# 08U97-SEP-210A) $385

#3-Carbon Fiber/Leather Steering Wheel(Part#08U97-SEP-210B)$385

I did not show a pic of the regular OEM wheel....but I think we all know what they look like! The pricing was obtained from ebay for these wheels on 10/31/05 from the following A of E Parts on Ebay! Just got mine from them about two weeks ago....highly recommend!

How much did the dealer charge to install the steering wheel?

I sorta like the idea of the carbon fiber one... The A-Spec is definetly nicer than stock but I'm not sure I'd pay 300 for the wheel plus the install fee.

ExactMats on Ebay - I think they were like $69 front/rear. They are clear mats that show the OEM carpet mats through. Cleanup is very easy as they are hard surfaced so it is just a vac and a wipe away! I really like them. Wanted something different than the OEM all weather mats...dont like the look of them...prefer the OEM carpet but hate ruining them - this keeps em looking new all the time!

I am not sure...I installed it myself. Comes with complete install directions. I would say that if somebody were to pay....somewhere in the $40 - $50 range probably would be in order (time costs $?) - much more and they are ripping you off. A self installer can do it (if you are slow and careful about it and follow the process in directions) in a matter of about 1 hour - a shop shouldnt charge much more than 1 to 1.5 hour labor, given they are likely to do it in 45 minutes!

I did the same but I made my own, I used plastic with a bluer tint and it looks great in the dark under those blue lights.

Yep...exactly. Only real reason I got it was I wanted to make sure I had the whole kit n kaboodle as far as A-spec goes....attention to detail to some degree.
