I want a little more exhaust note from my Type-S, but I really hate the droning sound you hear on so many imports. I've listened to the sound bytes of the mid muffler deleted dynomax resonator setup, but I'm still unsure. So to those of you that have done it : A) do you like the sound and B) would you undo this mod if given the opportunity?

I did it and i loved it very much. Right after i did it i thought "this is how a TL-S should sound from the factory". I recommend doing it, its only 100 bucks

DO the mid delete and Aero AR25 resonator.. U will love the sound of it.

I did it also for around 100 dollars. the sound is worth the money =]

From what I've read, 'drone' or 'rasp' isn't really an issue until you delete mid muffler with a catback system. Then you will really want a resonator.

I don't follow. Stock system has 3rd cat --> mid-muffler --> cans

the guys that straight pipe it from a race/test pipe are the ones adding an aftermarket resonator. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what I saw when I did my pre-cats, j-pipe, test pipe.
