Looks very clean! Nice work!

What does the P2R TB spacer do on a F/I application?

What is the yellow line going from the firewall to the PS pump?

What kind of engine mounts? Do the metal coolant pipes provide enough flexibility?

Did you delete the EGR valve? What did you do with the PCV fittings/lines? Oil catchcan?

What air filter is on the turbo?

hey guys sorry haven't had a chance to post been busy, to tell you the truth Rodney is one of the best business guy that I've ever dealt with, since the past 5 or 6 years, i would rate him number #1 for the vendors here on acurazine from my opinion! Back to the car i love it the power from supercharger to turbo is night and day it pull way harder than a supercharger, runs a lot smoother especially with the tune we also decided to stay on the richer side because the motor is not build, also due to the summer heat, i would hate to have a blow by running lean! oh also the heat difference from the blower to the turbo is a
very big difference the turbo runs 10 times cooler.

the pricing for the kit is very reasonable rodney do his best to work with your budget, i one point some stuff he did i felt he was doing for free.

If anybody is trying to pay rodney a visit in florida it well be very well worth your time and money, and you can always ship the car back like i did!

i guess the p2r still helps the heat being transfer into the manifold,

the yellow line is a vacuum line going to the pcv for the boost gauge

the mounts he use was innovative the bushing are gray, and the metal coolant line seem to have enough flexibility

NO the egr was not deleted I'm planing on putting a catch can when i have some time.

there is no filter on the turbo just a a very fine mesh grill!

The only issue that I'm a little worry of u can say not happy about is the inside of the car shaking when i am in drive and stop at a red-light or something, but when the car start movie everything is as smooth as it can be YOU wouldn't even be able to tell i have a turbo
if I'm driving normal unless i take it pass the 3000 rpm or get on it the waste gate is dump
back into the exhaust my catback is the atlp with a magna flow resonate and when i get on the gas you can't here the exhaust all you would hear is the turbo spoiling really loud i love that sound! anyway would anybody have experience with motor mounts if i can get some
softer ones that is still very durable and will with last.

I thought the same thing at first but you'll get used to it. My wife mentioned it briefly the first time she got in it and hasn't said anything since.

If you do the MT swap you can gas it to minimize the vibrations. It's much worse with the A/C on but again, you'll learn to live with it. It also does settle out a little over time.

What turbo blanket did you use?

Enjoy your new ride, your mods look VERY nice on the outside.

The shaking / vibration is strictly from the aftermarket engine mounts, not from the turbo. This is normal behavior for any TL with these mounts.

And..... The car looks SICK

Looks awesome! Also yeah, it's normal for aftermarket mounts to cause additional vibration. My CL had aftermarket mounts and would shake like hell when idling with the AC on, I learned to live with it since it helped reduce my wheel hop.

I've always wondered if you could put the vacuum assisted front mount on the rear of the engine and use the AM mounts for the front and side. My theory is that idle vibrations would be reduced, but the front AM mount would still keep the engine planted during hard acceleration as the engine tried to lift up off the front mount.

The amount of torque these things are exposed to is extreme.

Libert69 was trashing mounts with his setup. I don't have enough mileage on mine yet to tell.

It's the price you pay to play. Once you go this extreme, luxury is secondary.

ya hopefully i can get use to it if not I'm just going to have to get softer mounts
like the innovative 75a i currently have the 85a, i also notice my idle is at 650 but when the car is cold it idles higher around 1100 or 1200 and there is less vibration! and ya the ac is on the vibration drives me crazy! The turbo blanket i use is the DEI titanium one.

well i was thinking about that 400 mark but i told rodney that this is my daily and that i want something reliable and consistent so he tune it to the low 300 mark for now and see how it handles and for me to get use to all that wheel spin,
hopefully if everything on car stay good i would like to turn it up to the mid or high 300s.

thanks! is there any other mounts that i can use that is less aggressive but still hold the power I'm only in the low 300s?

Are you on all stock internals with the Rdx injectors?

I'm looking to go to what Rodney has for my next step.

I've yet to make it to the dyno at this point. I figure I am in the high 300's. Rodney has been in the low 400's for quite a while so I figured I'd go there next. I know larger injectors are in my future and I think new head bolts/studs.

Even though I haven't had the 'perfect' tune, I am very happy with the power and with each step have seen improvements.

Im moving to California due to work, but I highly doubt that I will stay due to the cost of living that will cause me pay less atTention to my car so hopefully I can come back in summer time, I won't be able to make the tx2k meet this year!

Wow that's good numbers are you on stock injectors, and how long have you had the turbo kit on the car, and have you had any issue or problem, and are you still runing the fic or ms3?

I'm on Rdx injectors

I'm the #2 user on Rodney's sales. Others have less time and more miles than I do and I did everything myself so my issues were self inflicted. Other than that there have been no problems.

Swampy, I just re-read what I wrote, I meant to say mid-300's.

The tune I have now is supposed to be in the 380-400 range.
