No, Supercharger does not call for a better fuel pump. YOu just have to crush the pressure regulator which I did and Acura said that would not have caused this problem. Hopefully I will get a solid answer this afternoon about my car!

SO all the coil packs are fine? Did you replace the intake manifold gasket? May also want to try replaceing the MAP sensor.

Do not believe MAP sensor would make a difference as it is fixed at a certain voltage ( 3.0 volts I beleive) through the ACM. the gaskets were replace recently( about a month ago. I am thinking along the lines of bad injectors, O2 sensor, or Fuel pump weak. I will eventually figure it out!

Just an idea, did you take the thermoblock spacers off of the intake manifold?
Did you hook the ACM up correctly? double check the wiring.

Yes, I removed the thermoblock spacers and replaced with new acura gaskets. I have checked the wiring of the ACM about 10 times already. I am pretty sure that it has to do with my fuel system or O2 sensor. Acura basically just did not want anything to do with my car cause of what is done with it. i think I am gong to start with the injectors, then the O2 sensors and the the coil packs. its weird because its actually worse when I start it up now. the idle is real rough! it will smooth out after abou 5 minutes of driving. It still hesitates through the RPMS. I am getting so damn frustrated with this car already.

I've been checking this thread often an had a thought while driving to work. Your car was putting out pretty close to the #'s a stock car does with the SC. so I thought to myself, could you have reached some limitation in the fuel delivery system that created stress on a component and caused it to fail? Also have you checked to make sure the MAP sensor is functioning properly? Have you tried to unhook the ACM to see if any codes are generated then?

Well I installed my uego and I running lean up top at WOT. I run abnout 11:1 through most of the RPM band and the lean out at about 5k I think some thing is worng with my fuel system. maybe fouled/clogged injectors or weak fuel pump.

Well, i figured out what the problem is. I tested the fuel pressure last night and I was only in the low 30's in PSI. It is supposed to be 48-55psi. I beleive its either my pump is weak or my filter is clogged. I have already orderd a new pump assembly which should be here next tuesday. then I will finally be fully supercharger!

Well, I fixed the problem. I replace my injectors last night and it runs great now. Having the charger definately makes the car alot more fun. My A/F is around 10/11:1 in WOT. I defintately do not regret getting the charger now. go figure ACura couldnt figure out what the hell was wrong. I do a few mechanical tests and I could figure it out. That just justifies my reasoning for not going to dealers!
As for the fuel pressure drop, I think one of my injectors was stuck open and it was causing my pressure to drop and the computer was leaning out the others because it was reading rich. that what I think happened but i really dont care any more cause its fixed!

^ Well done Brett. I'm very glad that you've resolved this mysterious problem.

You know as I was reading the posts, I found what you said here extremely funny.

Anything that has been done to the car with aftermarket stuff. The Dealership always blame it on something else (this case the supercharger) and don't want anything to do with it. I bet if anyone ever calls for an installation of a CT S/C, they would tell them horrific stories about the problems it may occur from their "brief" experience with your car. Which dealership was this? I want to test my theory and actually call them up. I bet they will be saying "We won't install any CT S/C because it will do xyz to your car and problomatic."

How dumb can the dealership be? Especially those SERVICE MANAGERS who knows JACK SHYT ABOUT CARS and always give out THEIR OPINION rather than facts. lol.... I called Sussman Acura for a quote to install my charger awhile back. They quoted me $2290!!! I asked them why it's so expensive I got the charger for only $3750.

Their explanation: "Well, labor is $90/hr and the technican says it will take least 2 days to install and 1 day to fully test out if everything is ok." 90*8hours a day for 3 days = $2160 plus tax................... I'm thinking.. I'm going to pay you guys 8 hours at $90/hour to test the vehicle out?!?! When Ryan can do it in less than 4 freaking hours????? So I asked them.... "has any of your tech ever install a CT S/C" and their answer was "no.''

so I hung up on them and called up Ryan and paid him $400 in cash for the install.

It was Open road Acura of Wayne. They probably will stated just as you said. Do you blame them. why take the chance if you dont have to! the dealr just doesnt want to be responsible for a warranty on a highly modified car because it is more prone to problems. I was just amazed on how they have the fancy computer and couldnt even begin to tell me what the hell was wrong. I did a few mechanical test on the fuel system and was able to narrow it down to two things!

I kinda wanted to install my own charger cause I enjoy it and wanted to be able to trouble shoot problems myself. I just couldnt see shelling out another $400 on something i can do myself. I was able to buy my NOS kit with that money. Ryan will be installing my NOS kit cause i am no familiar with that stuff at all. Thanks for your support in the mean time though!

So when are you getting it on the dyno? Or even out to the track? We want #'SSSS

I have noticed that a lot of the SC's are on 5AT's, We need more 6MT's and #'s. I am wanting to do the SC myself, but don't have the 4g's to do it right now. Soon I hope .

Good work on the trouble shooting and glad to hear you got it working.

I am going to get on the dyno at e-shift hopefully next week. Also I plan on hitting the track next week. The 12th is honda/acura day at englishtown in Jersey so you can bet your bottom dollar that I will be running it that day! I am hoping for mid to low 13's and possibly 12's once i install my NOS. I am going to give it about 2-3 weeks to make sure everything is okay before the NOS though!
