Stock Brake pads for 6MT

I found the stock pads for around $150. Is this a good price or no.

So the stock which put out more dust are not worth it.

that would be for you to decide since it is for your car. in my opinion, i would prefer to try the Hawk pads. cheaper, less dust, probably a little better (performancewise)....durability is still up in the air.

Agree with 3putt. Bought them from Tire Rack, installed them myself. Only problem having is an occasional loud squeal. The brake dust problem is gone/

I have the hawk pads on and they sound really bad, you can check the hawk pad thread and see that others are having the same problem.

When I replace my stock pads it will be with Axxix Metal Master or the new Axxis Ultimate. Used them before...great braking, minimal dust.

That's true...I should have added that I spoke to Stoptech and they said they hoped to have the Axxis Ultimate by Spring 2006.

Just wanted to know what are you going to get done on your 30k service. My appointment is for Sept 06 not sure if I want to pay for the full job or not. Any suggestions.
