SRI Question

I was thinking about installing an SRI on my 05 6MT, don't want the problems of a CAI (my friend hydrolocked his Accord when he had one). The other post about SRI had 2 intake's on it, the Weapon R Secret Weapon and the Dragon. Does anyone know what the difference is? Which one has better sound? Also, I know nothing about working on cars. I could probably install it, but taking out the stock intake sounds like a PITA. Any idea how much an install job would cost at a shop. I live in Northern Jersey.

if you buy an SRI it will as easy to put in as adding windshield washer fluid . I was also thinking while i have the CAI myself and sometimes I'm not so comfortable regarding the water issue, that if i cut it shorter to make it a little more above the ground, like having something between the full cai and a SRI.

Im sure the install of the intake itself can't be that hard, it's the removal of the stock system that concerns me.

well if you do go with the SRI u dont have to remove the whole stock system. only the portion where the filter is. which is really a 20 minutes thing

Yea, I was thinking about cutting one of the cai to make it just a little higher to be on the safe side, but I wonder if that is safe all together.
