Personally I like the Dragon because that's what I have. I bought it here at http://www.erzperformance.com/INTAKE_s/10.htm

The Dragon cost only 109 Shipped vs 180 for the Secret.

Do they automatically send you the chrome and black? I don't see an option for color.

Yes, only chrome black are produce for the TL. I called them before ordering and they told me that they only carry chrome/black color.
