SPEC FW SA40A-2 on 06TL question

SPEC FW SA40A-2 on 06TL question
Hi guys! I'm new on this community, I'm from Miami and this is my first post here with a silly question.
I got a very good deal on a SPEC SA40A-2 Flywheel.
I already found few sites offering this FW for our TL generation but the correct one as SPEC site is the SA40A-3 for the 04-06 models. The "A-2" is intended for the 07-08 TL-S.
After contact David from SPEC support he told me that the FW fits perfect but there is a difference between this two model and it is the ring gear:
"Ring gear and ring gear offset..flywheel body is a little different, too."
Now I'm worry about starter issues/noise if I go forward installing it.
I also check the starter gear assy. Acura part number and is the same 31204-PGE-A11 for both models: '06 and '07 Type-S.
Does anybody can help me with your own experience using this FW model?
