A-SPEC Coilovers for 2007 TL-S

Just talked with an Acura dealer in the Seattle area and they now show an A-spec coilover setup for the 2007 TL-S. About $850.00 plus install ($450.00?).
Anybody else seen this?

Are you sure that they are coilovers and not just a shock+spring assembly. I just dont see acura ever coming out with a coilover setup due to camber and alignment issues.

Good question. They said coilover but you never know. I would think based on the price it's a spring/shock combo.

with that price, you can get coilovers and adjustable shocks.

A shock + spring assembly is a coilover suspension. Our stock system, by design, is a coilover suspension. Macpherson struts on 01+ Civics, BMWs, etc are coilover suspensions. "Coilover" does not mean its adjustable. It simply means the spring is sitting atop the damper.

And like past A-SPEC suspension and Honda HFP suspension kits, its a complete, ready-to-bolt-in set. You pull out your stock coilover assembly and bolt the replacement ones right in.

I wouldn't pay $850 for an a-spec suspension. For that price, you can go with tein basics, and have the option of adjusting the height if you ever wish to raise, or lower it.

All good points. The advantage to the dealer setup is it's covered under warranty and it will not mess with my lease.
