NGK Iridium IZFR6K11 is what the OEM plugs are, part # 6994. They are actually good spark plugs. You could switch to platinum plugs if you want to change them more often and monitor engine condition. There are some members on here that run inexpensive plugs from the part store and change them out every 40,000 miles. Nothing wrong with that.

Just thought you'd like to know that the OEM spark plugs are good for 100K. If you're looking at replacing them on a 2007, you must do a heck of a lot of driving.

^^^^ x2. Unless your OEM plugs are fouled or otherwise compromised, they're good easily until 105K, as stated in the owner's manual and service manual. I didn't pull mine until 106.5K and they were in great shape. Gap was still at spec. I can't tell any difference with the new plugs. Here's a couple of threads discussing the subject:

I was thinking to myself wow a plug thread where everyone expressed the major points, all valid points, and then this. You've effectively shielded the spark and they're regular copper plugs so plan on changing at 1/3 the interval.
