soundwise: mid muffler OR resonator delete?

deleting which one will produce the more aggresive sound? i am not wanting to do both nor do i plan to mod, this is solely a sound adjustment only.

I would assume the mid-muffler removal would yield greater sound.

mid muffler is OK but expect good sound after a few months. That is what happened to me. When I got out of the shop. I was like where is the sound. But after few months it started to sound like G35.

After reading all these muffler threads I decided to take the plunge. I only wanted to increase my exhaust sound slightly (not overly aggressive) without the greddy or raspy sound, more like in the 60's & 70's glass-pack days with nice throaty sounds at every shift. I wasn't looking for any performance enhancements either, just the sound improvement. I removed the stock resonator and mid-muffler; replaced them with a Magnaflow #10416. The magnaflow fit perfectly where the stock resonator was. The sound is exactly what I wanted. Absolutely no raspy-greddy sound whatsoever. Cabin noise was noticeadable only during the first 5 gears. In 6th at cruising there is only a perceptible low tone that is not irritating or bothersome. Cost: Magnaflow purchased via the Internet $59.00 and included free shipping. Installation (labor and welding): $100.00. Fun factor: No charge!!!
