262 tq/266.7HP - about right for a nonsupercharged manual TL.
251/285 - 2nd pull? That doesnt even make sense! Its hotter...both figs should have went down. Granted...the screen is kinda hard to see

First runs or last runs after a MAJOR cooldown period are usually the best. MUstang dynos have been known to read out a little on the high side though...

Ah....cool...I was wondering! It didnt make sense looking at it from here! Now it does...still seems a bit on the high side on run #2...but mustang dynos have been kinda known for that. Gotta go...cant stay for #3 - good luck though! Lookin' good so far!

I would be happy with it....looks directly comparable to my own....similar setup. I produced a little less torque at just about 241 but more HP by only 2 or 3 HP....I would be happy with it if I were you. Looks ok to me?

boost cooler installed

2 Qs though

1. what psi should i set the pump @? [currently @150psi]
[it's set it to turn on @ 2lbs and full spray @ 4lbs now]
2a.what nozzle should be in?
the installer put on the 375ml/min & 150psi @the pump
2b.should i put on the 175 and 2-3 less turns on the pump?

ive searched and read all of the info. thats where i got question 2b

what kind of exhaust tips did you install and what number muffler? i got two dynomax race bullets and i made the y pipe myself that was modeled after yours using two 90 mandrels. trying to figure out what mufflers to use so i could keep the gap between the outlets and the bumper minimal. my pipes are all 2.5 from the third cat back. i got a megan test pipe in place of the third cat. don't know how it sounds cause the heads aren't on the car yet. and i don't have any mufflers yet. i'm leaning towards the apex'i ws2...

the tips are Magnaflow DTM Square Exhaust Tip

powder coated black chrome

the tips dont fill the entire hole

we tilted them to my bosses liking

i used 2 regular magnaflow 2.5" offset-center in the ends and the two 2.5"/4" round mufflers in place of the resonator and the cat
we did not use a test pipe

i don't have a test pipe i stated that wrong. i have the megan resonator that takes the place of the third cat. so technically, i'm running three resonators. the first one measures about 2.25" in/out (megan) the second is 2.5" in/out 4" dia 12"shell 19" overall length and the third is 2.5" in/out 19" shell 23" overall length. i hope it sounds good... i want a deep rich tone, mellow at idle and slightly more aggressive when revving.

Be careful with the boost cooler...
Most folks here that use them have reported RAPID catalytic converter deterioration... and the common cause all seems to point back use of the cooler.

The boost cooler, cat deterioration discussion originates and terminates in this one thread. There are so few using the cooler on the road, it's hard to make heads or tales... but this thread makes it seem ALL who have ever used a boost cooler have rotted thier cat guys within 10K miles. I just picked up a slightly used SC, and it came with a boost cooler, but I certainly won't be installing it until this is resolved.

^^I have a resolution...but you dont wanna hear it. Lose the cats. lol. Seriously though....on the supercharged engine my belief is, that you can get away without em if somebody would make a straight pipe for it for a cat delete....and a good J pipe. Team that with some o2 sims....should do the trick. Just a theory right now though.

Can you possibly take side view shots of your BBK with the wheels on? Also, do you know how much the bbk was exactly? I know you mentioned that you got everything(bbk, rear rotors/brake lines/pads) for $1800, but how much was it by itself
