no. dealers BARELY check for oil in cars.
that CPO used car you bought, they didnt even check or inspect anything...

especially if its a traded in vehicle. Dealers will sell it "AS IS"

for a specific service, techs dont usually investigate..

they might see it missing and not think anything of it.

so, lets say they remove your front bumper for some odd reason....maybe they are installing bulbs in the headlights...they're main objective is the bulbs and not anything else

I really dont think they would notice and write you up for it.
most of the techs I know are college aged kids.

quick anecdote; Insurance adjusters however will notice missing pieces and order replacements.

if you were ever to get in a front end collision, you bet your ass the insurance adjuster will order you a new intake resonator!
