I will look at the reviews guys have for race ready, I did find a few people complainig about the butterfly flap falling off hehehe
I had one of these on my 91 Ford Escort GT with 1.8L Jspec turbo swap. It was nice, but there are problems to look out for.
1) placement of the motor.- make sure there is ground clearance as well as clearance to the body. My buddy drove my car once and snapped the motor off because he hit a bumpand it pressed against the body.
2) I lived in PA. when I had this and the motors are very susceptible to ice and road salt. Make sure you seal it well with elecrtical tape and/or silicone.
3) tolerance of the butterfly. Mine did not seal all that well and when closed always leaked a little. Not too bad for a POS Escort, but would be embarassing in a TL

This was mine. I had 2.5" downpipe, highflow cat, cutout and custom 2.5" piping back to a Borla muffler.

oxidized to death, but looks pretty darn good... i will check to see how good it seals via the brake torque method since thats the best I can do

hopefully it will

also i am going to spray the tip they sent me down with dei hitemp silicone coating just to give it a longer lifetime

craig, 3bolts is right, and they were hand tightened... lol
