1) placement of the motor.- make sure there is ground clearance as well as clearance to the body. My buddy drove my car once and snapped the motor off because he hit a bumpand it pressed against the body.
2) I lived in PA. when I had this and the motors are very susceptible to ice and road salt. Make sure you seal it well with elecrtical tape and/or silicone.
3) tolerance of the butterfly. Mine did not seal all that well and when closed always leaked a little. Not too bad for a POS Escort, but would be embarassing in a TL

oxidized to death, but looks pretty darn good... i will check to see how good it seals via the brake torque method since thats the best I can do

also i am going to spray the tip they sent me down with dei hitemp silicone coating just to give it a longer lifetime
