This has probably been posted a million times but I'm going to ask it anyways.....

A buddy of mine has just purchased a 2008 TL Type-S(totaled his maxima) and he's looking for a short ram intake.

I'm not big on mods but I heard that CAIs go down behind the bumper and its possible that it can suck water into the engine and mess it up. Is this correct?

Taking that into consideration what would be better, a short ram intake or a CAI? And what are the good short ram intakes out there for the Type S, not including the Weapon-R intake?
