seafoam?
At this point hopefully it doesn't do too much for you!
Seafoam is a cleaning agent that helps clear carbon deposits in the engine, clean fuel injectors, and break up oil sludge.
Here read some of this for research http://www.seafoamsales.com/motorTuneUpTechGas.htm
and then if you search for Seafoam within the Third Gen forum you will find a couple of useful threads with application info, as well as recommended frequency of use.

Its a cleaner that you dont need yet. Start at 15000 miles
For total preventative maitenance, and max engine cleanliness- performance in this age of 5 bucks a gallon,
every 5,000 miles or so
use 1 can- 16 oz in a half tank of gas. That will clean the injectors and fuel system- everything involved in the burning of the gas!!
Make sure you use 91 octane or 93 if thats what they sell where you live.
Tier 1 brands- chevron shell texaco bp etc
