I'm sure Richie has been busy...I'm sure he'll get back to you though...last I heard, this entire set hadn't been totally sold out yet. Hope I'm right for your sake...I still thoroughly enjoy mine!

So I opted out of the list but lucked out and found a brand new catback #62 in the FS forum. Initial impressions are that it looks great and sounds awesome! I might pass out rom CO poisoning out one of these days if the wind blows the wrong way. Windows up and all good - no leaks. Throttle response is improved. Probably need hondata now.
Already picked up the rv6 pcd's a couple months ago from another member, so just needed a new jpipe from Richie.
I been watching this forum and I can't believe how long this exhaust takes to make lol. I almost put a down payment, I'm glad I didn't or else I would've been waiting a year for an exhaust that's way overpriced. Who still hasn't got theirs lol
I would like an update too, Put my deposit earlier this week and Richie said I'm the last one. Lets see these babiess . I already have the v3 J Pipe, excited for the catback before PCD!

Update we have 6 systems fully welded. Just have to test fitment on the car, touch up any imperfections and packaging them. Everyone who put in a deposit with RV6 should have gotten a email. If you want to X-Merge we need to know now. Once the merge is welded up I wont have parts to build more.

I think there are still spots available? I maybe wrong but the RV6 website is still accepting deposits.
I'm not missing out on anything. I got a different exhaust system last month, it only took 2 weeks to recieve cuz they were fully stocked. I didn't have to wait a year and a half for one Smh I'm not trying to bash this product at all, I almost put a deposit in, it's just the wait time is ridiculous. On another not he said production wouldn't start till all deposits were filled in, and it just so happens to just now fill up last week. Have fun waiting another 8 months for it...

No worries, I've had my RV6 exhaust since 2012 lol and it's fantastic
For all you guys that do have it, did you get the x merge option or not and how much of a difference in sound and gains if any? On the edge of pulling the trigger here but wanted to get the exhaust first then the j pipe for financial reason.

I originally requested the X merge when I was in the list. But I dropped out, luckily found a new td and bought a regular j pipe as posted above. The X merge is like $700 if I recall correctly, so do the math. Might not be worth the potential small gains. Prob better to use that difference towards hondata.

You don't get it, it took this long because this exhaust was discontinued. RV6 came back to make a last batch due to demand, and this is why it took a few months / deposits / etc. And yes it's pricey but it's also one of the best exhausts ever made for this car. I bought mine when it was still in production and received it in about a week.

I did, but I did it for clearance over anything else. No regrets. Didn't notice a significant diff on sound or performance.
am i gonna want to kick myself if I don't try to order these exhaust? If they are the best I hate to miss out, are they worth eating pb&js for a couple weeks
I received mines yesterday and installed it already. Will upload videos either later or tomorrow. But you can look on my Instagram page @tliscious_typesex for videos.
Special thanks to Richie & the good folks at Rv6 Performance, the wait was definitely worth it. Also special thanks to DomGSR-T for the awesome tuning. Bringing the mods together and have my car running reliably. Dyno pending as I need to change engine oil, filter, spark plugs & front brakes.
just wanted to chime in after having my exhaust installed about a week ago.. DEF worth the wait!! pretty sure i wet myself when i drove thru lower wacker
I've had the exhaust on my UA7 for around 60 days!
My setup is just V3 JPipe with the TD. Stock pre-cats.
I'd like to say that the sound has really broken in . I remember first startup was kind of muffled for a week or two, but still sounded nice.
I've gotten compliments from guys with a Maserati Quattroporte, E92 M3, Charger R/T (newer model), just to name a few cars I remember.
Most people have this ??!?!! face exemplified perfectly by Nick Young:
"How is this sound coming from an Acura TL?"
Going with a true dual design was a really good choice Richie, both for performance and sound!
I have videos, but they just sound crappy, the cell phone mic can't pick up certain frequencies. It sounds much better in person I'd need a quality audio setup for a worthy video.
Since then, my MPG has gone down to 19 combined (from 21), but hey, SMILES PER GALLON
