So I was able to justify buying the j-pipe and PCD combo since my converter bolts are going to need to be torched off, so i figured instead of 30$ for new bolts why not spend $700....

But anyways...I was wondering if the j-pipe came with the converter bolts to bolt it to the exhaust?? Otherwise my purchase was unjustified.

Yes, the combo comes with new nuts, washers, bolts, gasket and everything you need to install. You can torch everything except the nuts coming off the head. Those would be a pain to replace.
