I want my car to sound close to this:

But everyone who has a RV6 jpipe I think will agree around 3k rpms we have this "tone" I guess we can call it rasp..

Will the jpipe will make my car sound worse then what's in that video? I thought of going with stage 3 but I'm really not into quite sounding exhausts Idk I like the growl of stage 4 but I don't know the potential of stage 3..

That video you linked = the mid muffler to the OEM resonator cut off and welded a straight pipe into its' place; with the stock J Pipe.
If you do that and put in the RV6 V3 JPipe which removes the 3rd cat, you will have worse rasp than what you heard in the video.
