I'm not sure where you're getting that the OEM bar is crap. Do you think a rectangular bar with a hinge on either end will come close to the rigidity of the OEM bar?

This bar can't change the balance of the car. The TL already has a great bar from the factory and this is not a part of the suspension like a swaybar is.

Agreed. These bars look great and provide a great solution to people with EDFCs. Buy them for the fitment issues or cosmetics but buying them for performance is a waste of money.
