^ so this may be a dumb question. Install is just straight forward right? Just unbolt the old strut tower brace and put this one in right? Torque specs?

Yeah I'm glad I went with the candy blue... it looks amazing under the hood, and to add some color I think I might want to swap out my polished AEM intake with a red one. Patriotic under the hood

you know, your lucky as hell

I gave you the AEM CAI that had no sticker on it right? b/c it was my warranty replacement?

I was looking at my intake, and the sticker looks horrible... i want to remove the intake pipe, take off the sticker and the "goo" and polish it up nicely for car show season...

i wanna start dresssing up my engine... kind of wish i did get something fancier then the boring polish finish, but i was too damn impatient

yes, lets see some more dressed up bays. maybe by having this cool bar people will want to hook theirs up.

"boring polish finish?" C'mon Allon polish finish FTW! it looks soo nice and shiny if you want to polish your intake i got this product
http://www.watchbandrenew.com/Products_Page_PP.html its for watches but it works great on the intake i tried to polish it with polishing paste and a buffer, but this works better it will remove all those tiny annoying scratches and will leave it looking new again. i got the basic scuff and scratch remover kit. after you're done with your intake you'll want to hook up your rolex

the only thing that bothers me about the bar is that we do have a lot of components bolted on to the stock bar....i wouldnt want them hanging or even zip tied on to the new bar...id want them bolted on to whatever they have to be bolted on to in a similar fashion as the oem has em bolted on...other than that....it looks sick and prob increases the stability by a lot im sure.

This is Wack.I had a candy blue cai and it broke. So I waited a month for a new one since I did not want Polish.Got a blue one and Broke again. Got a prototype of the new welding and its polish........so i decide to go with the standard bar..Then I see the PC bars.. sweet. I was shooting for a blue theme too. Oh Well.

Blackura, this is what i did.. i took off the original AEM label fromt he cai and applied the one sent for decal. Just the 3 letter. I got them in black. So my bar and my cai are polish with black branding. Looks cleaner than the super colorful sticker aem puts on. Another cool one is silver sticker on Polish cai.. looks like if it was lazer edged almost.

FYI bolts go the other way so you can access your brake reservoir. I prolly messed it up putting it together.

Here's a clear picture

I got the 'standard' bar... so this is what you get if you wanna order and don't wanna wait for PC... Anyone wanna throw up some PC coated pics?

Oh hey... is there something wrong with my crank (?) belt on the left side? In the first picture... Xiamaro's pic of his belt didn't seem to have it stripping like mine. I just noticed it when I put in the pictures.

Pics look good! Can you notice any change in the handling of the car? I put a front sturt bar on my old car and noticed a world of difference! But then again that car didn't have a suspension anywhere close to the TL.

Well it does look like the middle is stripping away. I mean it's not splitting, but looks like something is wearing it down. Is that still normal? Thanks. Engine covers off FTW!

I can't really tell the difference in handling. I've been driving pretty hard around the corners, but it looks tight nonetheless.

I would say it's a cosmetic mod for those without EDFC, especially for me because I didn't feel even the slightest difference.

But many with Suspension EDFCs dont have many choices for aftermarket front struts because they are not compatible, so this is functional for those who fall under that category.

thats strange. idk if its just all in the mind, but i did noticed better handling at higher speeds. try changing lanes on the highway or something and you might notice a difference.
