Thumbs up Review on ATLP V2 J-pipe and ATLP V2 Quad Exhaust

Hey since everyone is doing reviews, let's start one now.

I got my Jpipe and Quads installed about 9 months ago. I had the non-resonated system.

For the first 3 weeks or so, I was surprised by the sound it produced. It was excellent from the outside, but the in cabin was a bit dronie. Much louder inside than I'd expected. But then again, I've never sat in a car with a loud exhaust so I didn't know what to expect.

I got a resonator and over time, I got used to it and I just love the sound. It has that deep European exhaust note. But just remember, once you slap this on, you will no longer enjoy the quiet luxury sedan noise anymore, just a warning.

The only thing is with a louder exhaust, people think I want to race them, but I really don't.

As for the quality, it's really good. There had been rare cases where I hear that the flex portion of the Jpipe would deteriorate, but mine looks new even after 9 months. The welds were done nicely as well. The exhaust mufflers look great, with the staggered look. I saw this Ferrari once with quad exhaust, I was behind it. The tips didn't look aligned with the pipe, you can tell one of the tip was blocked off (fake), not with this exhaust.
Now on to the performance.

I cannot judge the jpipe or the exhaust individually, since I installed both at the same time. But my butt dyno definitely feel a hard pull on the higher RPMs and it just keeps going. You can definitely tell the difference when going from 50 - 100 mph on the freeway, it gets there quick!

Overall, I am glad I got this system, although at first I was put off a bit by the cabin noise. It really made my TL stand out from the rest, and I sport it well!

I would recommend this system.

Score is Jpipe + Exhaust combined.

Quality: 9/10
Sound: 9/10
Performance: 7/10 - don't expect massive gains. Maybe 10 - 15 whp

Really like the sound and look of that setup. I think yours sounds better than my RV6 setup. I don't have the cat back however, nor do I have a 3rd cat or mid muffler so that impacts the sound significantly. Still, sounds and looks great. GJ mang
