Now this may seem a little blasphemous as the XLR8 base already costs a fair penny, but I'm dead set on picking one up this week and was wondering whether it would be too far fetched to replace the stock tip(s) with the So Cal quads, as I'm on a non-s type A Spec rear lip and would love to have the quad look. Probably with these: 3" Quad Exhaust Tips | SoCal Autosports

As for why I'm not just going with a Type S rear lip ... well, I'm on an Abyss Blue Pearl, and I would need to repaint the Type S lip - I already have to repaint a set of A spec side skirts so I'd like to avoid even MORE paintwork. Although if I did it I would probably be the only ABP with Type S lip and quads ...
