i have been browsing through the forums to find this, but have not come across anything yet. I got my AEM CAI installed about 2 weeks ago but recently have noticed a rattle coming from the intake itself. it really only seems to rattle at idle and when i hit bumps. Anyone else experience this??

it is very secure to the throttle body itself, so i think that the actual pipe is hitting something metal on my car, but can't seem to find the problem. Any help would be great!!

For now, i am just turning my stereo up so i don't hear it. Thanks.

Same exact problem here. It's annoying as hell. I really need to take a good 5 minutes and fix it already.

Its touching the fender well. Loosen the bolt that holds it to the fender well then pull the intake tube up just a little and retighten it. Mine was doing the same thing and thats what fixed it. Hope that helps you.

Had teh same problem but fixed it. The filter may be hitting the car body. Losen the screw where it's clamped around the rubber sleeve. You'll be able to shake the entire intake around. Shift it so that the filter is no longer touching anything and retighten. I hope explains it. There are only so few screws so you'll be able to figure it out.
