Newbie question. The Comptech exhaust comes with a catback system if i'm not mistaken. So what is the difference with the E Pro Cats?

Comptech is cat-back. The aftermarket cats take care of everything in front of the Comptech exhaust.

 

The exhaust manifolds are part of the head. Then comes a cat off each manifold. After that is the J pipe. Then another cat. Then the catback exhaust. The Pro Cats and Comptech exhaust work together. They don't replace the same thing.
