PS Question for TL'ers...

Searched however, was unsuccessful in the search OR just got lazy in searching...

Any Acura TL Owners out there use or has used Royal Purple Pwr Steering Fluid?

If so, any advantages/disadvantages seen-known-hear of-etc...

Max EZ is an advanced power steering fluid designed to maximize the life and performance of all power steering units.

Max EZ is formulated with a blend of select synthetic base oils plus Royal Purple’s proprietary Synerlec additive technology, which is proven to make equipment run cooler, smoother, longer, quieter and more efficiently.

Max EZ is compatible and can be mixed with conventional power steering fluids and has excellent seal compatibility.

Would like some input on this if applicable to anyone out there. I am thinking of utilizing this for my '05 TL 6MT since I am getting a case of it for free.

Kindly advise...

Nothing but factory or Amsoil. The Honda PS fluid is thicker and uses more zinc than other cars. I always use non factory fluids when I can but this is one you don't want to mess with. Amsoil is the only one I'm aware of that has the right viscosity and additives. The wrong fluid has caused leaks and pump failure in the past.

I've never used it. See no need in deviating from Honda PS.
Motor oil and transmission fluid is a different story.
