I can not think of one Pro for supercahrging this car. Reliablitiy/gas mileage go right out the window. The car is a tank and not meant to be a street racer. What's a supercharge kit cost? 5 g's. Go by a crotch rocket instead. Much more fun!!!

people always complaining about MPG.... you can't supercharge any car and expect better mpg, not just this car....YOU CAN NEVER EVER MAKE POWER THROUGH FORCED INDUCTION WITHOUT A COST ON YOUR MPG.

Hey Opel, What are you're thoughts on running a high boost pulley with the SC? Anything I should look out for?

Run it, but: Tune with AEM F/I-C + Rsx or Rdx injectors + Walbro 255 fuel pump + Water/Meth injection=the single most powerful advice i can give you, and you will see a huge power gain, not to mention the safety of your motor

Dont run more boost than stock 4-5 psi, without the additional upgrade i just recommended

Thanks for the info. Are the injectors and fuel pump complicated to install or should any decent shop be able to do it? Any idea how much these two cost?

fuel pump is right in your trunk and easy to install. maybe a 30 minute install.

injectors are fairly simple too.--remove manifold, remove runners, remove fuel rails. voila

not complicated at all...like phee said, pump is inside the tank... injectors right underneath the intake manifold, once thats removed ( leave the runners alone, avoid having to replace a gasket...they can still come out) ...2-8 mm bolts hold each rail in...once the bolts are out and wire unclipped...and fueline T is disconnected...you pull the rail out along with the injectors attached to the rails...and clip them out...

then try and find some idiot who ran his/her TL/Accord with diesel accidentally, and sell ur stock injectors to them lol

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ kiddingggg

i can joke right? lol i hate it, this forum is full of seriousness....it doesnt have to be all about issues...it can be about fun too

This is definitely something to think about. The good thing about the supercharger is that it's much faster than stock. The bad thing is you're gonna get used to it and want more!!!

BTW - It's good to joke. You can't take things too seriously...especially when you see your savings account dwindling down to nada.

AHHHHH!!!!!!

My head hurts from all this info.... IM lovin it though.... It gives me something to fill my day at my extremely boring job... I could do my job in my damn sleep.

I just dont want to get stuck in one thing and wish i had the other... The SC sounds fun but the TC sound like more power... Lots to think about.
