Profile pivot switchbacks - question

I bought profile pivot switchbacks strips.
I've installed them today and got hyper flashing but only when signaling turn - when turning hazard lights it work fine.
I supposed I would get the complete product for 80$., especially there are this drivers. Is it ok, the drivers are faulty?

Do the turn signal bulbs hyperflash as well?

With my old stock bulbs there was no hyper flashing (and there shouldn't be as there was no leds in the circuit).
Luckily my approach is to leave everything to easy back to stock setup and I didn't cut off the wires and just removed the turning signal bulbs. When I put the stock bulbs in circuit with leds connected it works fine. So it looks as resistor is needed. The question is why it is needed if there are those drivers.

because drivers are just that: their sole purpose is to drive the led’s, they provide very little resistance. You either put in load resistors or mod the turn signal relay by replacing the shunt resistor with a properly sized actual resistor and replace turn signal bulbs at your pleasure without the need to worry about hyperflashing

80$ plus shipping, damn. I'm disappointed.
I know is unprofessional but I left the bulbs in circuit, just hid them 🤷
