Port diameter on 3.2 TL

If someone can help me out i would highly appropriate it. I have an 08 base tl and i would like to port my manifold, lower runners and bore the throttle body. what is the best diameter for these? would it be the same if i end up going with the type s mani, runners and tB swap?
