Performance heads/cams setup?

I'm trying to learn as much as I can here. I have a J32A3 engine, 2005 Acura TL. I have the 3.7L intake manifold and throttle body, HFPC, J pipe with 3rd cat delete and 2.5" exhaust with mid muffler delete. I don't know much about cylinder heads and cams setup. I want to know my options for getting the most power? This will be naturally aspirated and I'm looking to be able to get higher rpms too. I've heard of using the RL cams will help. With my 3.7L intake setup will it be better to get the 3.7L heads as well? I want an even power band, I don't want it gutless at takeoff. What other cams and heads will work since I know a lot of these engines are interchangeable. And what can I do to make this engine rev higher? If you guys know of any links that will help me learn please post them. Also the rotating assembly will be stock, when whatever heads and cams I go with will then be tuned too.

6MT or 5AT?

5AT =Sell and purchase TL-S that has heads, cams and displacement.

6MT=Deck heads, custom cams , springs and tune.

Displacement is what you want for an NA motor.

I know I know, it's an auto. I can't find a type s mt anywhere, the type s that are for sale are all 5at. This car was given to me and in great condition. In the long run I will eventually swap the motor and tranny. I was thinking of getting the RL cams with 3.7l heads and slapping a blower on it. Then have a shop tune it. What do you all think?
