paddle shifters

Is it possible to put the paddel shifters from a tl-s on an non s tl automatic? Could you just use the the paddles or would you have to mount the whole type s wheel?

you would need to just get the steerinwheel as it has the paddels in it, then run wires to the shifter area.

I doubt you can. If you do, it's be too much. I know there used to be an aftermarket paddle shifters that was made in Japan but it wasn't a big hit so they discontinued. It was like 7 years ago when I saw an add on some Japanese car magazine.

They advertise shifting to "milliseconds" My question is then...how can you do this with the regular AT tranny...i guess like reprogramming the ECU or something?

Probably be cheaper and easier to just buy the new TL-S.
