P2R Install Question

So I ordered a bunch of parts from XLR8 and got them last week and will be starting installs this weekend....first with the P2R. Only question I have is what do you torque the throttle body bolts down to? I'm slightly hesitant on just hand tightening them since steel bolts are just a hair harder than the soft aluminum block, so I don't want to strip anything out when I'm re-installing the throttle body. I tried doing searches on here, but kept coming up with TSX installs. Thanks in advance guys.

If you're wondering what else is being installed, it will be Eibach springs, Progress RSB, XLR8 J-PIPE and the P2R! It had been awhile since I've done anything to the TL and I got a little money back from uncle sam this year, so why not spend it on toys!! Yeah, yeah, I'll post pics of before, during and after install eventually

I believe factory tq for the TB bolts is 16 ft lbs of tq. That should be sufficient.

Oh and thanks again and enjoy the mods.

^^ It is indeed 16lbs. I asked once about that was was basically told not to worry, the aluminum intake manifold is stronger than you think (didn't sound too reassuring to me...lol)

So how confident are you that it is 16 ft lbs and not 16 in lbs?

16 in lbs would barely be tightened....
