Opinions... ATLP vs. RV6 J-Pipe
#41
i c how sum ppl say other j-pipes might have better flow.... But, wat about if u dyno the same TL swappin all 3 j-pipes, and get the same number of HP... wat would u do?
Me personally as long as u aint runnin stock Jpipe ur good... so ATLP, RV6, XLR8 wouldnt really change my mind

^ Completely agree. But, so far, that kind of info/proof hasn't been available. Only comparison is from those that have gone from the RV6 to the ATLP that have said they noticed a difference. Gut tells me that the difference, whp-wise, would be minimal but we'll see. I think all three are quality products from great AZ vendors and so far the only real measureable differences are clearance and collector length.
People create their own loyalties to brands. Personally, I was buying the quads from Mike so decided to keep everything ATLP even though I could have saved some mixing parts.

My TL-S is gonna be slammed later on, I'm getting the RV6 J-pipe for sure, lol. My old turboed integra was slammed and the flex pipe at the end of the downpipe sticked out a little, and it was scraped badly and all jacked up from going over bumps and hitting stuff on the road, I hated it. It made a hole in my flex pipe the size of a dime.
