Opinions on this?

Saw below on a thread. What do you guys think?

Don't listen to these guys. I've tried a few chips and they work amazingly. The only difference is by how much. This particular one yields about 70HP. Why get a supercharger when you could just add a chip?:

It's amazing that Honda, a multimillion dollar company with hundreds of well paid engineers didn't think of this! And those guys who tuned the ECU, well, apparently they were out to lunch or something, because this little baby pumps out way more HP than the stock module! For $20 it's a steal! Do it!
