I know its limit
so those people must be lucky cuz they got away with it without getting their warranty void.

Short answer is "no", it will not void your warranty per se. If you install said intake and happen to drive through Niagara Falls and hydro-lock your engine, then that will not be covered, but if your transmission fails, then they absolutely cannot legally refuse to fix it under warranty. In other words, for any warranty work to be denied, they must first prove that a specific modification actually caused said failure.

You don't have to "bargin", they got laws for this sort of stuff. Magnusson-Moss, I think it is for warranty.
If the defect/warranty work is not DIRECTLY related to the modification, the dealership MUST honor the warranty. Period.

ill say this now and I say this again... I went in for a flat spotted tire... the service advisor actually readjusted my intake for me, tightened my greddy exhaust and put some honda clips which I had broken... of course we didn't know it was a flat spot at first but we thought it was just a basic rattle.... dealers are not allowed to void warranty over aftermarket parts....

You guys need to man up and stop being timid with these dealerships. I do notice the really young guys seem to get fed the biggest lines of BS though.
I installed my AEM and P2R spacer last weekend with no CEL; car runs fine.
