To do it, you must get it installed by a professional who knows WHAT HE'S DOING. NOS; if done right is a great addition to your car, if done wrong........ your car could be f*cked.

You are 100% correct Jack, it is not cheap to do it in our car the right way, my parts alone cost almost 1400.00. People think all you need is a 500.00 system and you will have cheap HP. I want to get everylittle bit of WHP out of my car, with stock internals, so I am doing it the right way.

I think I will get about 50 - 60whp with the combo blower and 35 shot. With 50 ft lbs of trq. I might be the first to break into the 12's with a 3rd Gen. Shit I am going to hit the 12's regardless. Whether it takes a 50 jet or not. I hope Ryan doesnt read this. Or my girl, she already told me she is taking the other jets away from me, 50 and 75. I might have to make one pass with a 50 on it to get into the 12's if the 35 doesnt do it. Now im talking crazy. I might as well go up stairs and throw those other two jets away now. Flush them down the toilet or something.

What kind of system are you guys running? And what type of activation? Computer controlled? WOT switch? or Push button?

How big of a shot do you guys think a stock TL could take with just an intake, pulley, and pro-cat.

I would guess 75hp on a n/a tl. I was working with bottlefed racing on getting a Nitrous Express n2o set up in my car, but I cant cuz' of the hondata reflash. damn. Anyways, bottlefed racing said that with a 75 shot on my car, It's gonna add like 100-150 ft/lbs of torque. It might have been just a sales pitch but if not, DAMN! I don't know whats better, hondata giving me maybe 5-10 hp, no speed governer, and reset rev limiter, or 150lbs of torque from a bottle?

I have a feeling you will be doing it, once you see my video of me purging my system next week.
Buy a stock ecu and sell yours to someone that wants a hondata reflash desperately.

Waiting on my mechanic, he has been busy, holiday and other work. I am hoping he can do it tomorrow night and Sat morning. After Sat morning I my schedule gets hecktic for the next few weeks. So we will see. I know Brklynpanman is probably anxious to see how I make out. He will probably be doing it next. Another power hungry TL'er.
Suspence is killing you, and patience is killing me. I need some nitrous!

againstallodds, IMHO the purge is not needed. It is a waste of n2o. It is mainly designed to get the air out of the system. But without it, 1 second within turning it on and you will not have any air in the line. The purge line is open (or at least the zex kit is) so its like not having any jets in at all and just emptying it into the air. Just a waste, but if you like wasting $50 then by all means go for it.

Did you go to the track yet?

i think one of the main reason paul is getting the purge kit is because it looks cool ...right paul?.. Nothing like pulling up to a M or a Rustang and purging.
