pardon the ignorance as this is my very first car I actually own (3 previous cars were all fleet company cars and have always had a motorcycle) and am modding, but with a supercharger (say comptech if it ever comes out) can you still use an intake such as aem or injen?

looking at their website under the new products under development where it shows the mock sc in the TL, it doesn't look like there's any room. I'm assuming I would probably have to use their icebox cold air intake.....

Usually aftermarket superchargers include some sort of air intake and filter.

 

As per Comptech's catalog (which you can download off their site), the 04-05 TL supercharger comes with a cold air setup.
