New Mods this week...

Installing the Comptech short shifter.

Installing Nitrous Express kit (75 shot).

New Hi-flow filter for my Injen Intake.

Billet Aluminum Injen oil cap

I will be going to Gainesville for some 1/4 mile runs next Weds. My 99 Porsche 911(stock) ran 13.53 @ 103mph-My TL runs 14.2x @ 98mph consistantly so hopefully the 75 shot will bring it near or better than my 911.

Yes it's not the best thing in the world for your engine, plus there are warranty issues when it is installed.
The key is to go with a small shot(75hp or less), and not use it too often. I am getting it installed for track use only-third gear is very flat on our cars-additional hp is going to help dramatically with overall ET and MPH. I have an INJEN CAI and I will be drilling a hole in the side of the intake and placing the nozzle there so that the nos goes in with the incoming air...from what I hear this is a fairly safe way to go.

Keep us posted on the NOS install. Very curious to see how this works out on the 3rd gen TL. Good luck!

Spraying only in 3rd gear is not going to get you in the mid 13s

Spraying in only 3rd and 4th will help only slightly in ET but but willl show a big gain in mph.
