Ok I have 2007 Base TL with base A Spec Lip Kit.
I have been looking for Type S mufflers to weld onto my exhaust.
BUT.... I think I have discovered that the Type S mufflers won't even fit my application??
Second.... if that is the case I need to know what my options are with the application I am running
I want the Type S Look aka quad exhaust....however I don't want a quad exhaust that doesn't follow the contour of the bumper.....
Hopefully some fellow Base TL owners out there have accomplished this look and info would be extremely appreciated!

You either need an actual Type-S bumper in order to run oem Type-S tips or any tips similar in size, or you can run smaller aftermarket quad tips that'll fit the smaller base model opening, but this never looks right IMO.

I think you should just hack the current stock system you have. Stage 1, 2, 3, or 4. There is a ton of info about that on this site.
And Justn no need to be a dick I wanted INPUT as to what my options would be the first just asked if it would fit.... Quit being a kid and using this to start drama if you wanna do that get back on your facebook

Fisrt, if you would have search, there is a sticky that tells you what fits and what doesnt fit.
Second, if you would have search, you should have found threads that suggest on how to modify your rear bumper to fit type-s exhaust by either what these guys already stated or hack your base bumper and attach type-s lower garnishes.
IF you are good with body work then hack it and modify it to your liking or go and purchase the type-s rear bumper have it paint and bolt it on. Oh either way, there is no point of welding on type-s quads for this; might as well get the exhaust or aftermarket one.
