Need brake help 2008 TL-S

I have a 2008 TL-type S and I would like to replace the front rotors for slotted or drilled one. I took the car on the track yesterday and beside the cold weather the brakes heated up a little too much because of the car weight. Is someone know what is the best combination of pads and rotors set? Thanks for the help

TL-S scorched Pads in combo with the Racing Brake Rotors...pricey but a great product.

Since you have a TL-S you already have the Brembo calipers and a bigger disc. You could just upgrade your rotors/pads/lines and fluid. We recommend ROTORA slotted or drilled/slotted rotors, ROTORA H2 ceramic or Hawk Ceramic pads, stainless steel brake lines, and some MOTUL DOT 5.1.

We have most of these parts right on our webstore at:

The SS lines aren't on the store yet but they will be shortly and they are $100 extra for the set.

RacingBrake has a two piece rotor that is awesome and does a great job at keeping cool, and they are a lot lighter. And i am running the RB E500 pads on my one piece RB Rotors and my stops are a lot of fun
