I had them weld all the stuff to my stock piping. Do you guys think I would see more tourque + sound if I did custom piping?
do you know what model magnaflow mufflers you got? are the 2.25" inlet/outlet?

Are you guys going to weld the stuff you buy to the factory piping or create a full catback with custom piping?

Is the custom piping expected to make a difference?

im debating on whether doing 2.5" exhaust tubing or not. i could save money by just buying mufflers and new tips and welding them on to the factory tubing. I just dont want to buy 2.25" mufflers and then go to 2.5" and have to buy all new mufflers. $600 vs $260

Ya for sure. Custom piping is much more expensive. Im meeting up with a local guy who has the same exhaust but paid much more and had them put in custom piping.
Im going to compare the sound + tourque before I make any changes. For now Iv got tons of mods that are sitting around waiting to be installed

Just passing this along as another option - I was considering a custom cat back and found this mandrel bend kit: http://www.mandrelexhaustsystems.com...EXHAUST/Detail

You can choose a resonator for them to weld in place for you also, you'll just need a local shop to add your mufflers and piece it all together. After I inquired via email, it took a few days to get a response, and by that time I made up my mind to just do a resonator swap instead of going cat back.

pnoyrice has a similar setup to yours, with custom piping

From what I can remember, your exhausts sounded very similar in cabin, and pnoyrice's sounds a bit deeper.

Custom piping looks so sick.

Is that Mark's Azine name?
Thats who I was talking about meeting up with.
When your done school and you come down we'll get together and compare.
Its not going to be cheap, so i'll only do it if its a significant difference.
Im just used to the sound now and I want louder
