Yes it is automatic. I thought for sure would higher. Any rate next dyno run will be with ported intake runners and ported intake manifold with port matched throttle body of 70 mm. Then stroked block with 3 angle valve job with ported heads.

I wonder if you're a Johnny Walker fan.. lol. Those are strong numbers with some simple mods.. you're already in Type-S territory. I'm sure you'll gain +10hp with the pnp.. Keep us updated.

No walker fan. But I might be a law student with hobby. Ill keep everyone in the loop. Maybe people who buy poor parts get cheap results, but I on the other hand do the math before I have custom parts made. My calculations came out with 28.5 wheel hp. I usually don't make passive judgment. Its simple formula volume velocity vacuum fue

What kind of mods do you have?? I find 280whp really hard to believe (even with jpipe, precat del, test pipe, intake, and bigger exhaust). That would put you at like 330-340 crank HP which is EXTREME for any bolts-on's. Have you tried a dynojet? Those seem to give pretty accurate numbers. Car looks Great tho!

There are a few TL-s with bolt ons in the 280-300 range.

Blackura_ny is near or even over 300

Also please someone correct me if I am wrong but I thought mustang dynos on average give a more conservative readout.

I think Blackura is over 300whp.. Racinghart is around 300whp too if I'm not mistaken but his only mod is a wet setup.

300 with Nitrous is cake. I'd definitely believe that!! A realistic drive-train loss about is 12-15% for a manual. So at a minimum your looking at 320 crank hp.

Going by stock numbers... 282hp crank, and dynos say around 240whp. Thats roughly 15%. That would mean you went from 282hp to 330hp with bolt-ons... 50hp? Seems high but I wouldn't say impossible. Pre-cats and jpipe i think are a solid 20whp in high end. I would say intake and pulley might be be 8-10whp. Thats about 30whp... You running any octane booster? Im thinking the numbers on the mustang dyno's are quite inflated but still really good improvements from easy bolt-ons!! Keep it up!

Anyone in a TL-s run on a dynojet with their numbers?

I got 285hp, 244tq. Dyno was done during tuning so the car was on and off for around 2 - 3 hours. Also, dyno was done before my port & polish.

I actually got the rims and tires for less than 2 grand. P&P was done to the manifold and intake runners.
