max HP for TL-S
what is the max HP members are getting out of their '07 and up TL-S keeping it N/A no NOS. What parts are you using? Which parts are recommended for max HP and reliability? Thoughts?
This would be a good thread for myslef and other newbies seeing as that this kind of info is spread all over the forum. It would be nice to put it all together in one thread like the official tire and wheel thread.

This dyno was a dynojet, but does read a tad high....
a 6spd, with the exact same mods, on the exact same dyno, should read about 310-315whp
this is the same dyno, that only pulled 227whp with the blackura... but it was a really hot day

So the ATLP exhaust makes more power? I personally prefer the look of the xlr8 exhaust. I love the way the stock type s exhaust.
Im planning on doing jpipe (havent decided on manufacturer yet) XLR8 catback Non-res & P2R spacer. BTW what is a test pipe?

test pipe = hollow 2.5" 3rd cat
all exhausts should make the same power, as long as you are comparing res-to-res or non-res to non-res
my ATLP made about 11whp... my ATLP J-Pipe made 12whp

294whp before the ATLP HFC... I should be just under 300 (maybe 298-299whp)

The J-Pipe made 11 extra? Wow. Here's hoping for around 265-270Whp after the quads then.

3rd gear... HOWEVER... see my awesome tq numbers? that was 4th gear.... 4th gear made great torque, but terrible whp (like 230~) and 4th gear wouldnt let me redline it, it kept cutting off around 5k rpm
3rd gear dyno (looking at my sheet right now)
294whp / 233wtq
4th gear
237whp / 264 wtq

yeah when the guy asked me i was like duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 4th. then the numbers were horrible, so we did 3rd and it was awesome.
so i called my dyno shop, and they were calibrating it early am and couldnt get me in and i couldnt get around to it later....such bs

is the sprint booster comaptible with our cars? does it make a noticable difference? i know my buddy has it for his AMG CLS 55 and it mabe a huge diff but he has WAY more power.
im gona go ahead with XLR8 exahaust non-res and ATLP jpipe

That's not the way it works. It can't give you more power.

Sprint Booster just changes the sensitivity of the throttle. Nothing goes faster.

sorry i worded it incorrectly. what i meant to say is that his car is way more powerful to begin with, 480hp 520ft/lb or so. his throttle response is way better right from the start

Since they don't list our TL-S as being an option for the CT, I have to ask if it bolted all up and / or what you had to change. And then what are you doing for fuel? I'm SO tempted to try this on my car, but I prefer having some control over fuel and timing and this ecu isn't helping. Finally is your car a manual or automatic? It seemed like the ecu stepped in on my auto and pulled timing the last time we dyno'd it - flattened the hp curve right out.
