i had a short ram on my 2000 honda accord exv6 and it was incredible how much horsepower torque and gas mileage was when I installed it. It was the best part I ever put on that car. if you think about it, the oem intake on the acura tls are short ram, they don't go all the way down to the bottom of the bumper near the ground. The filter itself sits in the engine bay and there is a hole that goes down to the ground, but has no filtre down there.

With these kind of mods your not really adding horsepower or torque, your freeing up what you have from the restrictive plumbing of the stock components. Adding a supercharger would be adding horsepower and torque.
Light weight pulley is probably the best gain for the price.
