ok so i saw this thing on the internet and it was some thing that it added about 35 hp.. but i can remember what it was.. like you can turn it half way and it saves you gas and turn it all the way and it gives you good power..
help pls..

 

Its BS, Hp is not cheap. usualy about $100 per HP.

 

If this thing you saw worked as claimed just about everyone on Azine would have one. I certainly would.
