oh you did the pulley... underdrive? damn

I think you may have a small problem... your times may end up being higher cuz your not gonna get any traction.... like that's a problem... 17x9 rpf1 in the fronts with 2 nitto drag radials should solve that eh?

It's actually $344 and $389 and the dyno was done on a auto Accord. I just got a 6MT Accord when I have time we should have a J-Pipe throw down. Stock vs. J-Shift vs. ATLP

i noticed the gain starting around 3k rpms..when the intake plenum butterly blade opens up (4k rpms) you can really start to feel some power and torque increase...i also have the test pipe so im sure i have a little mroe gains..the exhaust has less interior drone with the test pipe if noticed also...i love the mod all around and one of the best bangs for the buck...

SO WAIT...the ATLP versus the J-Pipe; both are conceptually the same thing, just made by different people?...no one really knows which gets more gain (whp/tor) huh? similar?.......................................... .....i must choose wisely, considering that I'm pretty damn poor....just about always haha

dynoed tonight and showed 2 less hp with pulley and j shift pipe...no worries tho, it was about 20 degrees warmer and 90 percent humidity...i will post moer accurate numbers when i can find a good day to redyno...humidity makes our cars act funky so i will have to go on a less humid day and no rain...i know i have an increase in power from just driving the car...sorry for the delay in time, i will have to spend another 70 bucs to redyno soon

jesus........why can't anzbo get his first batch out? lol

they look very nice, if I would have known you would have plenty on hand after the first accord batch I would have ordered from you, as I think I'm still weeks away from getting mine. Kinda disappointing on the time frame from anz, its been a 7 week wait since I sent my deposit and we still have a alittle time left.

plus i think your cheaper

It comes two ways...with a test pipe for the third cat delete as shown or without, in which case you would retain your stock cat or e-shift cat.

I dont think this really can be properly determined right now as ATLP's pipe isnt even out yet and J-Shift is out and in hand already and readily available. JMO though....

Hey MichaelBenz,
Can you provide us some insight to sound and felt power by changing to the J-Shift pipe?

Considering the ATLP is just around the corner, it's worth waiting out for a back to back comparison.

Yes, it's spring, yes we all want to start the 08 mod year... and I think both are gonna be fine choices...

Sure, the J-shift pipe is out now, but ATLP busts on the scene in two weekswith more pwer and a better design, think you might regret it?... I mean, did you guys see the torque curve with with prototype ATLP?...

You are right, but I think the differene would be within 1-3 hp or tq. If i were supercharged, yeah, I'd go with the ATLP. Who knows, the J Shift might make more power.

I opted to give the J Shift a try because it was available now and cheaper.

if performance is all your looking for, which i think most of you are, than mikes is your choice, but not by a whole lot IMO. the power difference between the two expecially NA, would be very negligible. if you are worried about sound too, than i'd think twice.

sure, i have no doubt mikes will flow a little better than richies, just looking at the design alone, BUT nobody has taken into consideration the sound mikes might produce. richies design DOES NOT compromise the exhaust tone whatsoever. take it from a guy whos been through 3 pipes already, all differently designed, all with different sounds. the one i had very simular to mikes had a very nasty rasp to it, while richies adds a very nice deep growl, with zero rasp. his is by far, the BEST sounding one ive had and its very nicely constructed too.
