J pipe vs Ported runners

I have richies v2 j pipe and was thinking about adding the p2r ported runners. How does the performance gain of the runners compare with the j pipe? I understand the runners are mostly a top end mod.

I know this doesn't answer your question.

Switching from the V2 Jpipe to Richies V3 will give you double the gain of the V2.

A lot of people on one of the accord forums are saying that the ported intake runners give a better gain than the aftermarket j pipe. It is hard for me to believe, but I guess it is possible. This is on the 3.5 liter accord though.
