J-pipe for TL-S

Could I use the stock J pipe from an 07 TL-S on my base 06 TL?
would I get similar results with that than a J pipe from XLR8?

It's def much cheaper, so I wanted to see if that was an option?

Does the J pipe change the sound? I'm looking for performance but not necessarily a change in sound. Thanks

^a minor change in sound.
think of it akin to an intake with a rushing, wooshing sound on acceleration.

at idle and below vtec, passengers wouldnt know you modified the car at all.

this is of course with the Jpipe being your only mod
